Nope! We're a nonprofit marketplace. Eye doctors, organizations and approved suppliers offer lenses on our platform, and we match you with every offer you qualify for. You see the all-inclusive price for each one and pick your favorite.
How could my contacts already be paid for?
Savings don't only come from insurance anymore. Your vision plan, employer, wellness programs, gyms, loyalty programs, nonprofits, creators, even local businesses can cover part of the cost of your lenses. When your offers add up to the full price, you pay $0.
Any hidden fees?
None. The price you see already includes the lenses, shipping and every saving you qualify for.
How do I get my prescription in?
Easiest way: your eye doctor writes it directly into visionprescription.org, and it's verified instantly. Just sign in and tap your prescription. You can also upload one yourself, and we'll verify it with your doctor.
What if my prescription is about to expire?
We'll give you and your eye doctor a heads-up before it does. Your doctor can then renew it right away or do a quick telehealth visit. (We don't do online vision tests.)
Do you have my brand?
Almost certainly. With multiple distributors on visionprescription.org, all major brands are covered. Some lenses are only carried by a few of them, so you may see fewer options for yours.
How fast will my lenses arrive?
Delivery in 1–5 business days is always included in your price, and some distributors offer options to expedite. Shipping available in all 50 states.
What if I need to return something?
Returns follow the manufacturer's policy, and you can always take a return to your eye doctor.
Can I use my vision insurance? What about FSA/HSA?
Yes, if your vision plan is on visionprescription.org. Your plan sets its coverage right on the platform and pays directly, so your benefits are already applied to the price you see. No claims to file, no waiting on reimbursement. FSA/HSA cards can't be used at checkout yet.
Why no one-click reorder or subscription?
Because your benefits keep adding up and offers keep changing, and we want you to get today's best price rather than last year's. Reordering is still just one step: pick the best offer. We'll remind you when it's time.
Can I get trial lenses?
Yes, if your eye doctor prescribes them. You order trial lenses just like any other order.
